You'll lead pharmacy operations for a high-growth health tech startup, ensuring patient-centred care at scale. You'll own clinical standards, commercial performance, and team development. This role offers full accountability for scaling a nationally significant pharmacy business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set clinical and operational standards for patient experience
• Lead dispensing, clinical services, and fulfilment operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GPhC, CQC, and patient safety
• Design and improve the patient journey from first contact to delivery
• Build and develop a high-performing pharmacy team

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of full operational ownership at senior level
• Scaling high-volume operations with 150+ staff and technology integration
• Change leadership with experience guiding teams through transformation
• 24/7 operational experience with systems and culture for round-the-clock operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct pharmacy or healthcare operations experience
• Experience with digital or technology-enabled pharmacy models
• GPhC registered pharmacist with active clinical foundation
