🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship backend services, APIs, and data flows
• Turn vague requirements into concrete technical plans
• Own post-launch reliability, observability, and performance
• Write clear technical specs and architecture notes

📋 Requirements

• Strong senior-level backend engineering experience in production systems
• Strong Python skills for clean, maintainable code
• Good distributed systems judgment: concurrency, failure handling, async work
• Hands-on cloud experience in AWS or Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM-backed systems or AI infrastructure
• Working knowledge of TypeScript for cross-stack contributions
• Experience shaping technical direction for other engineers
