💼 About This Role

You'll design and run a tech-driven quality model for our national Field Sales team, ensuring every merchant interaction reflects Addi's excellence. You'll bridge commercial execution and business impact by automating performance insights that drive elite sales standards across Colombia. This role offers a chance to shape systems from the ground up in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement a standardized evaluation system and QA bot for SMB sales force.
• Achieve 95% calibration between quality scores and conversion outcomes.
• Provide weekly skill gap reports by region to the Training cell.
• Audit and define new rubrics to standardize SMB sales processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Quality Assurance in fintech/tech.
• Experience building objective rubrics and quality frameworks linking execution to results.
• Familiarity with CRM management and automated scoring tools.
• Ability to use data tools (Databricks, Looker) to influence strategic changes.
