You'll support manufacturing teams by inspecting incoming materials and products to ensure quality specifications are met. You'll investigate and troubleshoot product issues, implementing standards cross-functionally. This role offers exposure to advanced defense technology and a chance to contribute to critical missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming materials and products against quality specifications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product and production issues.
• Implement standards, specifications, and processes cross-functionally.
• Calibrate and operate measurement equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with calibrated equipment like calipers, micrometers, CMM.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (wire diagrams, CAD).
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree in quality, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
• IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 certification.
• Experience with manufacturing systems (Jira, MES, ERP).
