💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain the platform infrastructure powering Attio's CRM, treating it as a product for development teams. You'll drive automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement using SRE principles. This role combines high-level engineering strategy with hands-on operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain platform infrastructure using declarative IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Act as first-line responder for critical incidents, driving blameless post-mortems.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Proactively manage infrastructure capacity to meet SLOs for latency and availability.

📋 Requirements

• DevOps and SRE principles applied in production environments.
• Expertise in one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with networking and security.
• In-depth experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration at scale.
• Proficiency in one modern language such as TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust.

• Experience with centralized logging solutions like Splunk or DataDog.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing tools like Jaeger or Zipkin.
