You'll interpret plan documents, perform non-discrimination tests, and lead client calls to drive high retention and satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide timely client service and issue resolution to clients and advisors
• Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements to clients
• Analyze census data and calculate employer contributions
• Perform annual non-discrimination tests and discuss results with clients

📋 Requirements

• College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience
• Minimum 3 years in account manager or similar role
• QKA designation required or willingness to attain
• Mastery of administrator functions and skills
