Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Payoneer, you will drive adoption of our global payment solutions among SMBs in China. You'll build long-term client relationships, identify business opportunities, and maximize retention and upselling to help Chinese businesses get paid globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications preferred
- Native Mandarin with high English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions to corporate clients
- Expertise in developing client relationships, business cases, and financial analysis
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships
- Proactively strengthen relationships to drive retention, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Maintain and exceed revenue and upselling targets from direct business
- Maintain customer activity information within CRM platform
- Build business success stories and case studies
