You'll work on buy and sell side diligence for middle market clients at a rapidly growing consultancy. You'll execute financial and operational analysis to assess key risks and deal alignment, collaborating with senior team members and private equity sponsors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute buy/sell side financial and operational due diligence
• Draft clear reports and participate in management meetings
• Review transaction agreements and contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams across the firm

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
• Located in or willing to relocate to listed cities
• At least 1 year financial due diligence or 2 years audit experience at Big Four
• Active CPA license required

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx
• Proficiency in financial modeling including three statement models
