🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive adoption across demand generation, onboarding, and post-sales success
- Lead relationships with sales leaders, uncovering pain points and solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering on customer feedback and features
- Support messaging and positioning based on customer outcomes
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role with VP-level stakeholders
- Background in go-to-market or enterprise GTM teams
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
- Deep empathy for enterprise customers and passion for their success
