You'll act as a trusted guide for homebuyers, using Zippy's tech-driven platform to originate manufactured home loans. You'll help consumers navigate the loan process with transparency and efficiency, while contributing to internal process improvements. This role combines loan origination with consumer advocacy in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate consumer loans and prepare files for handoff
• Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text
• Provide feedback to engineering to improve technology
• Optimize internal processes for efficiency and risk management

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or equity sales
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in relevant states
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience

• Insurance Agent License in relevant states
• Located within 75 miles of Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ
