💼 About This Role

You'll guide new customers through seamless onboarding for a complex SaaS platform, helping them adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective configurations. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
• Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness
• Log and track customer feedback using internal CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability
• Experience with clients including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
