🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage implementation projects from data requirements to training
• Act as primary technical contact for new customers
• Interact with government officials to guide implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate customer processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in public sector (Procurement, Budgeting, etc.)
• 2+ years software implementation consulting or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables)
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of governmental concepts across multiple states
• Experience training customers on software solutions
• Ability to provide clear phone support
