🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead campus-wide retention and persistence strategies
• Oversee FAA certification readiness and testing milestones
• Lead career readiness coaching and employer relationship building
• Supervise and develop student services and career services staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in student services or a related field
• Proven success in a performance-driven environment with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading teams and managing performance
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with data interpretation ability

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in aviation maintenance education or FAA-related environment
