💼 About This Role

You'll own the SEO strategy and roadmap for selected THG Beauty ecommerce brands, driving organic traffic, revenue, and visibility. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy. This role offers the chance to make a significant commercial impact in a fast-paced global ecommerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SEO strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue targets
• Drive organic traffic, visibility, and conversion improvements
• Lead technical SEO audits and prioritize fixes
• Collaborate with content and editorial teams on search-led content
• Develop and manage organic performance forecasts and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years SEO experience in ecommerce environments
• Proven track record of driving organic revenue growth for ecommerce websites
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawl optimization, JavaScript SEO, log analysis, site migrations)
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush

• Experience with AI/LLM tools for optimization and insight generation
• Experience with international SEO and multi-site management
