🎯 What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and validate their needs and risks
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops
- Drive adoption of Kong features and explore new use-cases
- Manage renewals, expansions, and customer escalations
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Sales Engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge of developer concepts: DevOps, full-stack, microservices, cloud
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering across initiatives
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior experience with API management platforms
- Prior experience in a technology startup
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
