You'll drive adoption of Kong's API platform for enterprise customers. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers achieve tangible business value. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge API and AI connectivity technologies at a leading tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and validate their needs and risks
  • Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops
  • Drive adoption of Kong features and explore new use-cases
  • Manage renewals, expansions, and customer escalations

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Sales Engineering, etc.)
  • Knowledge of developer concepts: DevOps, full-stack, microservices, cloud
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering across initiatives
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with API management platforms
  • Prior experience in a technology startup
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
