💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end P&L for Paytm Money's Exchange Traded Funds business, defining the ETF growth roadmap and driving user acquisition, product development, and partnerships. This high-impact leadership role offers the chance to build India's leading ETF platform in a fast-growing fintech environment. You'll combine deep capital markets expertise with entrepreneurial ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end P&L for the ETF business
• Drive ETF user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Partner with Product to build best-in-class ETF investing experiences
• Build and manage relationships with AMCs, exchanges, and partners

📋 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in broking, wealth-tech, or asset management
• Deep understanding of ETFs and passive investing products
• Proven P&L management experience
• Strong business ownership mindset
