You will own and drive enterprise-wide release strategy, governance, and execution for a mission-critical SaaS platform. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality releases with a 99.99% uptime SLA, while continuously improving release practices through automation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in SDLC for enterprise SaaS with release management ownership
• 1+ years leading complex, concurrent software releases as senior Release Manager
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change and Problem Management

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise release management strategy and governance frameworks
• Lead planning and execution of complex, large-scale SaaS releases across multiple teams
• Serve as primary release authority for readiness, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisions
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes, change management, and automation
• Champion ITIL-aligned Change and Problem Management practices
