Description

In this entry-level role, you will support the interpretation of genetic findings through exome and genome sequencing, assist with case reviews, perform variant classification, and contribute to accurate diagnoses. You'll work with a leading rare disease dataset to help end the diagnostic odyssey for patients worldwide.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Genetics or related field, or MD/DO with 2+ years clinical diagnostics experience (including fellowship)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Prior experience with variant curation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data analysis and case management for genetic findings
• Interpret variants and curate internal databases
• Review and finalize genetic test reports
• Communicate with clients to support case resolution
• Conduct literature reviews and database searches for variant classification
