• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits

• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Licensed in California by start date
• 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care) within past 5 years
