🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily flow for nursing team, providing tools and support
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy
• Champion learning culture with training and mentorship pathways

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in state
• 5+ years in clinical veterinary nursing role
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays rotating schedule

✨ Nice to Have

• A.S. or B.S. from AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency-specific nursing experience
