💼 About This Role

You'll own the enablement strategy for Harvey's support org, covering onboarding and ongoing training for a fast-scaling AI company. You'll design programs that ramp new hires quickly and keep tenured specialists sharp as the product evolves. This role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on content creation and mentoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-own the enablement roadmap and drive execution with the Enablement Specialist
• Design and oversee a structured, scalable onboarding program
• Translate product releases and process changes into learning content
• Oversee QA program and ensure quality findings inform enablement priorities
• Partner with Product to turn update notes into actionable team education

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of support enablement experience in a technical SaaS environment
• Experience mentoring or guiding others in a senior IC capacity
• Proven ability to own an enablement strategy end-to-end
• Strong instructional design instincts for chunking and sequencing learning
