Description

You will provide technical assistance to employees, managing service desk requests, supporting macOS/iOS hardware, AV equipment, and network connectivity at the Chicago office. You'll also handle provisioning/de-provisioning, inventory management, and assist with onboarding.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of providing technical support
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize based on severity
• High attention to detail and ability to follow tasks to completion
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Mac endpoints
• Provide in-office AV support for conference rooms and live events
• Manage account provisioning/de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
• Manage inventory and procurement of IT hardware and software
