You'll lead a trench safety branch and build a high-performing team for EquipmentShare, leveraging proprietary T3 technology to transform construction equipment management. Your core impact will be maximizing financial success through profit & loss reviews, metrics monitoring, and safety enforcement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and develop a high-performing branch team
• Manage branch P&L and financial performance
• Monitor equipment utilization and aged receivables
• Ensure safe work environment and regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Deep understanding of trench safety products and OSHA regulations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
