💼 About This Role

You'll develop product publishing vision in APAC, acting as the main regional liaison between APAC publishing and product groups. You'll define and implement regional plans to support product features and content releases, driving retention, engagement, and monetization. This role offers the chance to work on flagship free-to-play titles like World of Tanks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as main liaison between APAC publishing and product groups
• Define and implement regional product plans
• Lead discussions on regional product roadmap
• Analyze product performance and provide recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as Product Manager or in gaming industry
• Fluent Japanese and English skills
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage regional and global stakeholders

• Familiarity with Wargaming products
• Experience in mobile games or mobile-based platforms
• Regional experience managing diversity
