💼 About This Role

You'll join Roku's Legal Ad Partnerships Sales team, negotiating complex ad tech agreements and advising on data privacy. You'll structure commercial transactions that power Roku's advertising growth across programmatic and data-driven ecosystems. This role offers high visibility and the chance to build scalable legal processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate ad tech agreements including publisher, DSP, and SSP contracts
• Advise on data privacy considerations embedded in commercial transactions
• Collaborate with ad sales, engineering, and product teams as a legal partner
• Develop scalable processes and integrate AI tools for contract review

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience negotiating supply-side and demand-side agreements
• Excellent working knowledge of data privacy laws in advertising
• J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school and active bar membership in NY or CA
• 10+ years of transactional legal experience in ad tech or data space

• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C aspects of digital advertising
• Experience at a law firm and in-house at technology or media companies
• Skills across IP, consumer protection, and programmatic targeting
