Responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes across Screening, Fraud and Transaction Monitoring for improvement and automation
• Design and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and deliver automation opportunities
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure changes are effectively adopted by operational teams
• Partner with SMEs to deliver enhancements that scale with the business
