You'll lead operational excellence for a B2B SaaS company in the hospitality tech space, overseeing customer-facing value creation from implementation to support. You'll build a scalable operations organization, driving retention and expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a scalable Operations org (Support & Professional Services)
• Develop service portfolio with pricing, SLAs, and modules
• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Optimize support processes and track KPIs (SLA, CSAT, FCR)
• Lead team leads in Support and Professional Services

📋 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in Operations within B2B software/SaaS
• Proven track record building service organizations and managing projects
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on margin and retention
• Data-driven team and process management experience
