You'll drive long-term success for a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor. You'll ensure strong net revenue retention, high product adoption, and advocacy through proactive account management. This role offers the chance to work with C-suite stakeholders and leverage Diligent's GRC platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own renewal, retention, and expansion for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead executive-level engagements including QBRs and strategic reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience with 2โ€“4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting renewal, retention, and expansion targets.
  • Strong experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage accounts.

  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or legal software.
