๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive long-term success for a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor. You'll ensure strong net revenue retention, high product adoption, and advocacy through proactive account management. This role offers the chance to work with C-suite stakeholders and leverage Diligent's GRC platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewal, retention, and expansion for enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead executive-level engagements including QBRs and strategic reviews.
- Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience with 2โ4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting renewal, retention, and expansion targets.
- Strong experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage accounts.
