You'll provide technical support to all end users at Jamf, serving as an escalation point for complex issues and mentoring team members. You'll enable employees with remote and hands-on Apple device support while contributing to strategic IT initiatives that align technology with company goals.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as escalation point for technical issues before senior escalation
  • Provide remote and hands-on support for technology issues
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical problems
  • Maintain documentation and ensure SLA adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in IT support or related role
  • 2-4 years experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS
  • Experience supporting global SaaS collaboration systems
  • Some command line experience
