You'll oversee a global AI-powered SOC monitoring nearly three million endpoints in a multi-tenant environment. Your core impact is advancing operational excellence through team development and automation. This role stands out with a next-generation SOC leveraging advanced AI technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a global 24/7 SOC monitoring ~3 million endpoints
• Recruit, mentor, and train SOC analysts and team leads
• Identify and implement automation opportunities via SOAR or scripting
• Lead threat hunting initiatives and refine detection rules
• Serve as key point of contact for customer escalations and service reviews

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of progressive SOC management experience
• Experience in MSSP or multi-tenant environments
• Expertise in SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR and threat intelligence platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications (e.g., GCIA, GCIH)
• Background in proactive threat hunting or detection engineering
