You'll manage strategic defense accounts and drive adoption of advanced additive manufacturing solutions. You'll guide customers from concept through full-scale production, collaborating with engineering teams to solve complex challenges. This role combines technical expertise with customer leadership in a fast-paced defense ecosystem.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary account and technical lead for defense and industrial customers
  • Guide customers through full lifecycle of additive manufacturing programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex part production challenges
  • Develop statements of work, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or additive manufacturing environments
  • Strong CAD proficiency with SolidWorks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, or similar tools
  • Experience managing technical projects from development through production

  • Experience with additive manufacturing, machining, casting, or forging processes
  • Proven customer-facing account management in technical environments
