You'll manage strategic defense accounts and drive adoption of advanced additive manufacturing solutions. You'll guide customers from concept through full-scale production, collaborating with engineering teams to solve complex challenges. This role combines technical expertise with customer leadership in a fast-paced defense ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary account and technical lead for defense and industrial customers
- Guide customers through full lifecycle of additive manufacturing programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex part production challenges
- Develop statements of work, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or additive manufacturing environments
- Strong CAD proficiency with SolidWorks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Experience managing technical projects from development through production

- Experience with additive manufacturing, machining, casting, or forging processes
- Proven customer-facing account management in technical environments
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
