Description

You will lead retail strategy and expansion for CASETiFY in Japan, driving sales, P&L performance, and team development. You'll align global brand vision with local market dominance, oversee flagship store openings, and optimize operations through data-driven SOPs.

• Experience managing P&L and retail financial metrics
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire large teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bilingual (Japanese/English) preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop retail team, driving talent strategy and succession planning
• Develop strategic plans to exceed sales targets and profitability goals
• Own full P&L for retail division, managing budgets and optimizing performance
• Champion innovative in-store experiences and customer-centric culture
• Develop strategic plan for new store openings and market expansion
