You'll manage employment law matters including litigation and agency claims for a Texas law firm. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and produce consistent billed output.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft employment agreements, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Manage agency claims (EEOC, TWC, DOL) and litigation support.
• Conduct legal research and prepare responses to complaints.
• Maintain calendar accuracy and track all matter deadlines.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• 3+ years experience in employment law.
• Experience with FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Texas Labor Code.
