💼 About This Role

You'll define requirements for an intelligent intraday management tool within the Employee Engagement Manager (EEM) team, working with Product Managers and R&D to drive execution. Your core impact is evolving the workforce management space through product roadmap definition and prioritized backlog ownership. You'll also partner with experts in the WFM domain for stakeholder communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define functional requirements for new product features
• Support detailed product roadmap definition aligned with vision
• Create and own the prioritized backlog
• Review and approve product deliveries according to acceptance criteria

📋 Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in IT
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience partnering with engineers for enterprise-class software delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with contact centers or workforce management practices
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Product owner for enterprise software
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
