• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints on employee relations issues
• Counsel employees and managers on HR policies and relevant laws
• Facilitate internal transfers and oversee promotion opportunities
• Assist with creation and implementation of HR policies and programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience

• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, or UltiPro
