💼 About This Role

You'll oversee inbound & outbound operations and lead inventory integrity initiatives for a 3rd shift team in a food production facility. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Supply Chain, with 30% of time on a forklift. You'll manage staffing, scheduling, and performance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound/outbound product flow and inventory integrity.
• Analyze inventory storage for efficiency and implement 5S program.
• Ensure carrier compliance with temperature and documentation requirements.
• Staff, schedule, and manage shift employees; enforce FEFO/FIFO.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in an inventory & warehouse environment.
• WMS experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a food production environment.
• 3 years warehouse/inventory experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
