💼 About This Role

You'll manage financial modeling, analytics, and due diligence for MultiFund, Club, and Proprietary Fund transactions. You'll oversee post-close reporting and investor relations through property stabilization. This role offers the chance to shape fund accounting practices at a top CRE lender.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and journal entries.
• Coordinate Fund audits, tax returns, and K-1 preparations.
• Create and maintain financial models for fund transactions.
• Manage investor due diligence workflow and Upper Tier closings.
• Train and review work of junior staff.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation.
• LIHTC experience highly desirable.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with multi/club fund structures.
• Tax expertise and experience with 704(b) capital accounts.
