🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily IT operations supporting ~6,000 employees
• Lead incident and major incident management (Sev1/Sev2)
• Oversee end-user computing services and device lifecycle
• Manage third-party AMS partners and vendor performance

📋 Requirements

• IT service delivery operations experience in enterprise environments
• ITIL-aligned program building and maturation
• Incident and problem management expertise
• Vendor management and SLA oversight

• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
• Certification in ITIL or similar framework
