You'll support customers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of our Embodied AI technology into their vehicles. You'll serve as the bridge between customer engineering teams and Wayve's internal teams, performing rapid diagnostics and resolving technical issues in real time. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous driving technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on technical support during development and validation
- Serve as bridge between customer integration teams and Wayve engineering
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Maintain system-level perspective to identify root causes
๐ Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Proven ability to lead investigations into platform or vehicle issues
- Extensive hands-on experience with development vehicles
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., CANape or similar)

- Familiarity with terminal usage and basic programming skills
- Solid understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet)
- Practical experience in automotive environment with production track record
