You'll lead design for Driver products at Lyft, shaping the end-to-end experience across core and earnings areas. You'll partner with engineering, product, and data science to define strategy and ship high-quality designs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product and engineering to define roadmaps and strategy
• Explore divergent concepts and build iteratively toward a vision
• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Build unified, end-to-end experiences across multiple product teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI/HCI with strong mobile product design
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Engineers, PMs, Data Scientists)
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools (including AI)
• Systems thinking—ability to connect products across a complex ecosystem
