💼 About This Role

You'll lead BJAK's video direction, serving as director and DOP for commercials, festive films, and social content. You'll guide end-to-end production from concept to final delivery, shaping the visual identity of a fast-growing Southeast Asian brand. This role offers high autonomy and real ownership over high-exposure video projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide and mentor a videographer and video producer
• Direct in-house productions from social videos to long-form content
• Develop shot lists, storyboards, and production plans
• Manage timelines, logistics, and equipment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in video production
• Strong leadership guiding small to mid-sized production teams
• Expertise as director and cinematographer
• Deep knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and on-set workflows
