Description

You will own GTM reporting, build dashboards in Looker, and provide actionable insights to drive commercial decisions for Lightspeed's Go-to-Market organization. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional influence, allowing you to turn complex problems into clear recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar
• Deep hands-on experience with Looker
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and pipeline management
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Commerce, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own GTM reporting in Looker for Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
• Identify and fix data integrity gaps in upstream processes
• Collaborate on GTM data modeling with corporate data team
• Support planning and forecasting using Pigment
