You'll lead the LLM team, owning architecture, training, and deployment of models powering our core product. You'll define alignment strategy and ship features used by millions globally. This role tackles unique high-complexity challenges in the uncensored/NSFW space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship production code and lead the LLM engineering team
• Own the model lifecycle including SFT and RLHF/DPO
• Optimize context windows, memory/RAG, and inference latency
• Design custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Shipped ML/LLM features to millions of users
• Proficient in Python/PyTorch
• Experience with vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines

• Experience with RLHF/DPO preference optimization
• Background in building RAG pipelines
