Description
You will lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team at RISE Dispensary to drive results and deliver memorable consumer experiences. You are responsible for all dispensary activities including customer journey, inventory operations, safety compliance, and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs and regional promotions
- Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
- Maintain cash management handling protocols and daily reconciliation
- Conduct monthly audits and scorecard business reviews to identify operational improvements
- Coach leaders to deliver memorable customer experiences and drive omni-channel revenue
