💼 About This Role

You'll build an AI-native platform for the real estate sector in Spain. You'll own the technical architecture and ship code daily from prototype to production. This role offers a day-1 founding seat with significant equity and full backing from Antai Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, launch and scale a disruptive product from scratch.
• Define the technical architecture and engineering standards.
• Design and implement a multi-agent orchestration layer.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered workflows in production.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a hands-on engineer in an early-stage environment.
• Hands-on builder prototyping fast and turning ideas into working features.
• Practical AI experience building production systems with LLMs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
