You'll be the first point of contact for hosts and guests on the Peerspace marketplace, providing friendly support via phone, email, live chat, and social media. You'll drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction through insights and process improvements. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about a leading venue rental platform backed by GV and Foundation Capital.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Independently work through a queue of customer tasks
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
๐ Requirements
- 1-6 years of Corporate CX experience
- Experience with Intercom or similar CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize across competing demands

- Experience crafting online help resources
- Analytical skills
- Familiarity with third party marketplaces (e.g., Airbnb)
