Description

You will design piping and equipment for plumbing and fire protection systems in educational, healthcare, corporate, and science projects. Your work includes calculations, production drawings, specifications, and site visits, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current PE or FPE in the United States.
• Minimum 4+ years related experience.
• Experience in Revit required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design piping and equipment for plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Prepare calculations and production drawings from schematic to construction phases.
• Edit specifications and specify equipment such as sprinkler and medical gas systems.
• Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract documents.
• Conduct field site visits during construction phase.
