💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic partnerships with financial institutions and crypto-native projects at OpenZeppelin, the security standard for onchain finance. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to closing, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable commercial impact. This role offers the chance to shape a growing function in a high-impact blockchain security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and develop partnership opportunities with crypto, fintech, and institutional organizations.
• Own partner deals end-to-end from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with business development, product, and technical counterparts.
• Structure partnership frameworks (referral, co-sell, integration, joint GTM) aligned incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Finance to manage deal dependencies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales at a technology company.
• Sound commercial judgement to qualify opportunities and prioritize pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical to commercial narrative.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a building function.
