You'll lead GTM systems architecture and drive business transformation at a high-growth AI communications company. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise executive leadership on GTMS architecture and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for customer lifecycle optimization.
• Define best practices for automation, integrations, and data governance.
• Oversee Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot configurations and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems with GTM focus in SaaS or high-growth environment.
• 5+ years leading team of engineers developing GTMS tooling ecosystem.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and HubSpot CRM.
• Development experience with Salesforce APEX or HubSpot Python/JS workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years people management experience.
• Hands-on fullstack engineering (Java, C#, Python, Ruby).
• Salesforce or HubSpot certifications.
