Description

You will design and develop technical learning programs and curriculum for engineering and technology teams, partnering with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences. You'll manage learning delivery through an LMS and create diverse instructional materials.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Development, or Technical Training environments.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design principles and learning methodologies (ADDIE or similar frameworks).
  • Proven ability to develop high quality learning content, including modules, assessments, and instructional documentation.
  • Hands on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with Docebo is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e learning platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross functional teams to design learning programs.
  • Exposure to technical learning environments (cloud, AI, software engineering, or technical training) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in global or cross regional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical learning programs including modules, assessments, learning aids, and structured learning paths.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
  • Create storyboards, microlearning modules, video scripts, and scenario based learning content.
  • Develop high quality instructional materials including job aids, documentation, and training plans.
  • Manage and administer learning programs within the LMS, ensuring content is structured and accessible.
  • Use learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms to build interactive content.
  • Track engagement metrics, maintain learning dashboards, and support reporting to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global L&D teams to improve learning templates, pathways, and program delivery.
